Iowa State Vs. Nebraska 11/6/10

Nebraska has a tendency to put the ball on the turf and while they don't lose too many of those loose balls, it does slow things down. The Huskers have a chance to get back near or to the top of the rankings over the final month of the season and they are going to need to improve in that area as it will come back to bite them. In the mean time, If the Huskers play their game they should be able to control this game as ISU's offense is very straight forward and overall the depth is lopsided in Nebraska's favor,something that's a big factor as we enter November. I like Nebraska's chances of covering better if Martinez can go and if he has that burst he has become known for but I think even if Zac Lee were starting, Nebraska should be able to control this enough to get the cover. Iowa State will need a win over Colorado or Missouri to get to a bowl game.

LSU Vs. Alabama 11/6/10

This one has all of the makings of a low scoring hard hitting battle and while the total isn't out at the time that I am writing it, if the number is at all reasonable, this is probably and under play. However, for this pick I am going to go with who will cover and though I think this one is hard fought and hard hitting, I think Bama wins by at least a touchdown.

Oregon Vs. Washington 11/6/10

This one has the makings of a real blow out and it could be an ugly beat down. While many had big expectations for Washington this year, it appears they are still closer to the team who went winless two years ago than they are to a contender on the national scene.

Florida State Vs. UNC 11/6/10

North Carolina has been depleted which while it has hurt them somewhat in the talent and experience levels, it has hurt mostly in depth and as the season carries on it becomes more apparent. Florida State is one the right track but they aren't quite back yet. THis should be a very good game and trhis is just way too many points to be giving in a conference where there has been no consistency from week o week.

Texas A&M Vs. Oklahoma 11/6/10

The over is 6-1-1 in the the last eight meetings of these two and with the high powered offenses involved here, I think we see another one along those lines. Both of these teams score plenty and have vulnerable defenses.
